Data retrieval via text box in publisher, with pictures

Step 1: Click on, insert, form control then Textbox .

Step 2: Do as many text boxes as you need.

Step 3: Click on, insert , form control then submit.

Step 4: Click ok & move the button where you want it.

Please note: For this data retrieval to work correctly you will need a cgi script from your isp. You insert this by clicking form properties when in the properties menu of the submit button.

Creating a hyperlink in microsoft publisher

Making websites with publisher is very simple, if you know what you are doing, but for others it is a bit of a challenge. This article is a demonstration on how to add hyperlinks in Microsoft publisher to allow people to navigate through your created website.

Step 1: Right click on the shape you want to hyperlink and click on ‘Hyperlink’

Step 2: Down the left hand side of this box, click on ‘Place in the document’, then click on the page you want it to go to when is clicked & press ‘OK’.
